| Apply Crumble亦都是白玫瑰很喜歡的一個甜品, 又易整又好味, 最岩一大班朋友一齊食, 可惜一定要好焗爐先整到
Serves 8
Ingredients
800g granny smith apples (青蘋果)
1 teaspon cinnamon (玉桂粉 -百佳都有得買)
1 tablespoon raw sugar / castar sugar (最好唔好用平常煮飯個d糖)

Crumble
200g plain flour
100g butter (我自己就喜歡用無鹽牛油)
1/2 cup raw sugar (如果唔喜歡青蘋果的酸味重, 可以加多些糖)
1/2 cup flaked almonds (百佳有一包包買, 不過白玫瑰唔喜歡食almond, 所以無落)
extra butter for greasing dish
Method
Pre-heat oven to 180C
Grease Baking dish with butter, to prevent the apples from sticking.
Peel and dice apples and place them in dish. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the top of apple.
 
For crumble : use your fingers to rub in flour, better and sugar in large bowl. Stir in almonds.


Squeeze mixture lightly in hands to form coarse lumps and spread loosely over fruit.

Bake in oven for 40-50 minutes, until fruit is better and topping browned. (我用左30minutes就做好, 其實見變左brown color同d 蘋果林左就ok)

Serve with cream or ice cream.
白玫瑰就喜歡 serve with vanilla ice-cream一齊食 ….YUMMY!!!!!
