| 一個好好味又容易整的飯後甜品, 不仿大家試下整黎食下Yum, this cake is to die for !
8人份量
1. 85g pack of raspberry Jelly (一盒口者口厘粉都己經夠)
2. 1 sponge cake (清蛋糕, 係cake shop有得買)
3. 1/3 cup raspberry jam
4. 1/2 cup Sherry or orange juice (唔想有酒精可以用橙汁,不過唔好用太過希個隻)
5. 250g raspberries
6. 250g strawberries
7. 250g blueberries
8. 300ml Custard (百佳或Citysuper有得買)
9. 300ml whipped cream
製法 :
1. make jelly and set in a shallow dish, then cut roughly when ready.
2. cut the sponge in half horizontally and cover bottom with Jam, place top back on and cut into cubes
3. place the sponge cubes in a bowl and cover with sherry or orange juice.
4. whip your cream and fold into cooled custard.
5. in a deep dish alternate layers of cake, berries, jelly and custard you should have at least 2 - 3 layers finishing with custard on top. Refrigerate for about 2 hours and then decorate with extra whipped cream.
